Liability Waiver

Much of New Zealand is vulnerable to disasters such as floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, rural fires and volcanic eruptions. These disasters can also include incidents that are just as damaging such as leaks, spills or infestations. Minimizing the risk of fire is essential to ensure survival of trophies and records. Comprehensive fire mitigation such as smoke detectors and extinguishing equipment is provided in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code and the Compliance by the Department of Building and Housing. However, we can’t accept responsibility due to fire outbreaks that are out of our control. To minimize the risk of theft or vandalism we have security lights, a monitored alarm system and 24-hour monitored surveillance. Calibre Taxidermy will not be held responsible for theft, fire, flood, vandalism, tanning, hair slippage, acts of God or any other loss or damage that is beyond our control. The decision and discretion is binding and absolute and shall apply in any situation, in any disagreements, conflicts or any fee assessment.
